How to cancel a SeedVideo AI plan, what stays active until the paid period ends, what happens to credits and unlimited benefits, and how refunds work.
You can cancel any plan at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops auto-renewal; your plan, its benefits and your credits stay available until the date you have already paid through. Last verified: October 16, 2026.
How to cancel
- Open Settings, then Billing.
- Choose Cancel. The page may first offer a discount on the next renewals, a pause that stops billing after the paid period and restores your plan automatically later, or a reminder email 3 days before the next charge. You can take one of these or continue to cancel.
- Confirm. You will see the date your access runs until. No further renewals are charged.
Changed your mind before that date? Resume the subscription from the same Billing page to keep your plan and benefits.
What stays and what stops

The unlimited windows count down on their own clock and are not paused or extended by a cancellation or a lapse.
Payments that never renew
One-time credit packs, and plans paid with local payment methods or USDT, are one-off purchases of the period with no auto-renewal. There is nothing to cancel; access simply ends when the period or the credits' validity ends.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used, minus payment processing fees of up to 4% plus $1.50. If any video was generated in Premium's Seedance unlimited mode, the order is not eligible, even though no credits were deducted for those videos. FAQ
How do I cancel?
Open Settings, then Billing, and choose Cancel. Auto-renewal stops immediately and your membership stays active until the date you have paid through.
Do I lose access right away?
No. You keep your plan and its benefits until the end of the current billing period. No further renewals are charged after that.
What happens to my credits?
Existing credits keep their expiry dates. Subscription credits are valid for 30 days from when they were granted, and credit packs keep the validity shown at purchase.
What happens to unlimited benefits after cancelling?
They keep working while the paid period and their own window are both still running. Once the subscription expires, the free video and image lanes stop, even if days remain in the 7-day or 365-day window.
Can I get a refund?
