What's the difference between one-time credits and a subscription?
One-time credit packs are best for occasional use and do not auto-renew. Subscription plans offer lower credit costs, recurring monthly credits, and more long-term benefits such as higher output tiers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New users receive free credits upon sign-up with no credit card required. The free plan is the fastest way to test prompt quality, workflow fit, and output style before paying.
How are credits consumed?
Each generation deducts credits based on the model, duration, resolution, and selected settings. Paid plans lower the per-job credit cost: Lite gets 10% off, Pro gets 30% off, and Premium gets 40% off.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly plans?
Yearly plans save up to 50% versus monthly billing. Pro and Premium include commercial use on both monthly and yearly billing; Lite monthly does not include commercial use. Lite, for example, is $14.9 billed monthly or $13 per month billed yearly.
Which options include commercial use?
Commercial use is included on Pro, Premium, yearly subscription plans, and one-time credit packs. Lite monthly does not include commercial use. Always check the current checkout terms if you need a specific usage right confirmed before purchase.
Should I choose free, one-time credits, or a subscription?
Choose Free if you are still testing prompts and output quality. Choose a one-time credit pack if you want commercial use without auto-renewal. Choose a subscription if you generate every month and want lower per-video credit cost.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase credit packs anytime without changing your plan. Or upgrade to a higher tier for more monthly credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans can be canceled at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, PayPal and other common payment methods. In some regions, local payment methods or USDT are also available — plans paid this way are one-off purchases of the period, with no auto-renewal. The methods available to you are shown on the payment page.
Do unused credits expire?
Subscription credits are valid for 30 days on every plan, monthly or yearly. Credit pack validity is shown at purchase.
Where can I check my remaining credits?
Your current balance is shown in the account area and in the credit badge at the top of the generator after you sign in.
Are there any hidden fees?
No platform fees are added beyond the selected plan or credit pack. Applicable VAT or local taxes may be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used, minus payment processing fees of up to 4% + $1.50. Contact support@seeddance.io with your order details. If any video has been generated in Premium Seedance 7-day unlimited mode, the order is not eligible for this refund, even though no credits were deducted.
