PixAI Anime AI Generator for Art, LoRAs and Video

The generator opens on “What would you like to draw today?” with a prompt box, reference images and a right-hand panel for the model, styles and settings. Quick Select lists Tsubaki.3 Flash, Tsubaki.3, Tsubaki.2, Haruka v2, PixAI Edit Pro and PixAI Reference Pro, next to older Tsubaki, Hoshino and Nagi models, and the settings set batch size, aspect ratio, resolution, quality tags and a prompt helper for plain-language prompts.

Cost depends on the model, size, batch, tools and priority; PixAI’s docs give 3,200 credits for four Tsubaki.2 images in Standard mode. Free accounts add up to 3 LoRAs per run and members 5 to 15. The generator page says outputs carry no watermark and that PixAI claims no ownership of them, so they can be used commercially under its Terms.

Tsubaki.3 is PixAI’s own flagship model, with a cheaper Tsubaki.3 Flash beside it; the Model Market showed 19.2 million uses of Tsubaki.3 and 15.4 million of Flash. PixAI pitches it on native 2K output, consistent characters across expression and turnaround sheets, lighting that follows the prompt, whole manga pages with panels and speech bubbles in one pass, and lettering in Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean.

Its “Edit by Conversation” mode changes a pose, outfit, expression or text, relights, restyles, removes objects or swaps in a character from a second image, all described in plain words. On the membership page, Reference Pro is the member feature for editing images in chat, and a Color Palette sets the main and accent colors without listing them in the prompt.

The Model Market lists PixAI’s own models next to community LoRAs for DiT.3, DiT.2 and SDXL bases, sorted by trending, most liked, most used or latest, and PixAI counts more than 1.8 million models and LoRAs. Any image in the feed can be reused with its model, prompt and settings, and models or LoRAs can be uploaded and, for members, kept private.

Training a LoRA costs credits by base: 200,000 for DiT.2, 75,000 for SDXL and 25,000 for SD 1.5, with an advanced mode that exposes steps, learning rate and rank for Tsubaki.2 and Tsubaki.3. Members get 3 to 10 free basic trainings a month, and since July 2026 a LoRA trained on PixAI pays its creator a weekly rebate of 5% down to 1% of the credits others spend on it.

The video tab takes a start frame and an optional end frame, a prompt of up to 5,000 characters, a length of 5 or 10 seconds and a voice language. Its model menu lists PixAI’s own Tsubaki Video and Tsubaki Video Flash, both with multi-image reference and audio, plus V4.0 Preview and V4.0 Lite Preview with image and video references, V3.2 with audio and V3.0 Lite.

Video is a membership feature: Starter and up run Normal mode, which is safe-for-work only, and Plus and Premium add a Private, or Enhanced, mode. PixAI’s docs say a clip starts at about 16,000 credits and takes 1 to 5 minutes, and advise subtle motion, since running or jumping tends to break the image.

Mio.2 runs at agent.pixai.art as an AI anime assistant: you tell Mio what to draw, and each message can become an illustration or a manga page. It can design characters, restyle from a reference image or change an outfit, and a public feed shows finished conversations, from character sheets to multi-page stories.

Mio is also PixAI’s mascot, and the site runs official tie-ins, such as a Jashin-chan story chat, on the same agent. One paying reviewer notes that Mio.2 credits are counted separately and the agent does not show when or how many it spent; when we checked, the agent opened in Traditional Chinese regardless of the language chosen.

PixAI Studio is a separate canvas where you connect nodes to make images, videos and audio. PixAI presents it as a single pipeline to storyboard, generate and edit film, short drama, commercial and anime-game work, then publish it to the Studio showcase.

The showcase filters work by Film, Short Drama, Commercial and Anime & Game and sorts it by latest, most liked or featured. Studio runs on the same credit balance as the generator.

The home page is a feed of community work with tabs for For You, Trending, Daily Ranking, Following and Latest, and tags for anime and game fandoms such as Genshin Impact, Blue Archive and Hololive. Publishing, sharing and receiving likes earn credits, contests award prizes in credits, and a Sensitive label limits who can see some images.

An AI Tools page adds one-click generators that turn a character into a keychain, chibi sticker sheet, figure, gacha screen or VTuber, and PixAI also runs an image API for developers. A notice dated Oct 23, 2026 says the iOS app is unavailable on the App Store, with in-app purchases and Sign in with Apple paused.

Every account can claim 10,000 credits a day, rising to 12,000, 20,000 and 30,000 on Starter, Plus and Premium. Missions add more: up to 10,000 a day for publishing, 3,000 for sharing, 2,000 for likes and, in the mobile app only, up to 50,000 for watching ads. PixAI’s docs say credits never expire.

Credit packs run from $5 for 100,000 credits to $179.90 for 3,600,000, and the packs page showed each with a 100% bonus on the check date, plus one-time offers from $1 for 50,000 credits. Members get 50% to 150% extra on top-ups, and app prices are higher than web prices because of store fees.
