Why did my kissing video fail?

The models check every photo and every result: a photo can be flagged by moderation, some models refuse photos they classify as real people (in our logs Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.5 and Wan 3.0 all did this occasionally), and a clip can be blocked if it shows logos, brands or copyrighted characters. Explicit wording in the prompt is refused too. Try a clearer photo, plain clothes with no logos and a gentler prompt, or another model.
Do I lose credits when a generation fails?
No. The generator only holds the credits while the clip renders and deducts them when the finished video is saved, so a failed or refused run costs nothing.
