Seedance unlimited on SeedVideo AI is a 7-day window that comes with the Premium plan. While it is active, Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 2.0 videos up to 10 seconds long, at 480p, 720p or enhanced 1080P, cost no credits. Free generations run on their own queue, so after heavy use they wait for a free slot, and you can skip the wait with credits. The Free, Lite and Pro plans do not include unlimited video; Pro and Premium include 365 days of unlimited images. Last verified: October 16, 2026.
The short answer by plan
| Plan | Price | Credits per month | Unlimited video | Unlimited images | Videos from credits (about) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 5 free credits on sign-up, one time | No | No | A trial, not a monthly allowance |
| Lite | $14.9/mo, or $13/mo billed yearly | 100 | No | No | 12 Seedance 2.0/2.5 videos |
| Pro | $29/mo, or $14.5/mo billed yearly | 200 | No | 365 days: GPT Image 2.5/2, Seedream 5.0, Nano Banana 2.1/2 | 33 Seedance 2.0/2.5 videos |
| Premium | $149/mo, or $99/mo billed yearly | 1,300 | 7 days: Seedance 2.5 and 2.0, up to 10 s, up to 1080P | 365 days, plus Nano Banana Pro | 260 Seedance 2.0/2.5 videos |
The video counts are the "about N videos/mo" figures printed on the pricing page cards, quoted off the Seedance 2.0/2.5 rows of the comparison table. They describe what the monthly credits buy, not the 7-day window, which sits on top of them.
What "Seedance unlimited" means here
"Unlimited" on SeedVideo AI is a benefit window, not a separate plan and not a different model. During the window, generations that match the benefit's scope are not deducted from your credit balance. Everything else about the model is the same: the same Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 that credit users get, the same prompt box, the same text-to-video and image-to-video modes.
Three things decide whether a given generation is free:
- The model. Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini are covered. Kling, Veo, Sora, Wan and the other models on the site always use credits.
- The length. Clips up to 10 seconds are covered. A 15-, 21- or 30-second clip uses credits even during the window.
- The settings. 480p and 720p are covered, and so is the enhanced 1080P output that the window has supported since September 20, 2026. Reference-video tasks, video editing, extending an existing clip, and any quality setting the benefit does not list use credits, at your plan's discounted rate.
The generator tells you which case you are in before you submit. When the free lane applies, the button reads "Generate (Free)". When it does not, the button shows the credit price for the exact settings you picked. There is no surprise deduction after the fact.
Which plan has it, and for how long
Only Premium includes the 7-day Seedance unlimited window. The rules, as written in the Unlimited Usage Rights on the pricing page:
- Start and length. The window runs for 7 consecutive days from the moment the Premium payment succeeds. It is granted once per account.
- Active subscription required. If the subscription expires without renewal, or you downgrade to a plan that does not include the benefit, the free lane stops, even if days remain.
- Cancelling auto-renewal does not end it. After you cancel renewal, you can keep using the window as long as both the paid subscription period and the 7 days are still running.
- The clock does not pause. The 7 days keep counting during any subscription lapse. They are not extended afterwards.
- Refunds. The pricing page's refund rule allows a refund within 3 days if none of the purchase's credits were used. If any video was generated in unlimited mode, the order is no longer eligible, even though no credits were deducted for it.
Pro and Premium also include 365 days of unlimited image generation, counted from the first qualifying payment. That is a separate benefit with its own model list (GPT Image 2.5 and 2, Seedream 5.0 Pro and Lite, Nano Banana 2.1 and 2 on Pro; Premium adds Nano Banana Pro) and is not what people usually mean by "Seedance unlimited", so this article leaves it aside after this paragraph.
How the wait works
Free generations do not share the lane with credit generations. They run on what the generator calls the unlimited channel, and the channel has three rules:
- One running, one waiting. Each account can have at most one free generation in progress and one more waiting behind it. If you submit a third, the generator says the unlimited channel already has a task and shows the credit price instead; you can click again to run it on the standard channel with credits.
- Heavy use leads to a queue. The rules panel in the generator puts it plainly: after heavy use, free generations wait in a queue. You can keep waiting at no cost, or spend credits to accelerate, which moves that job to the standard channel. The accelerate price is shown on the queued card before you choose.
- Busy hours are busier. When demand is high, the card reads "The unlimited channel is crowded right now" and starts the job automatically when it is your turn. Wait times depend on how busy capacity is at that moment, so the page does not promise a fixed number of minutes, and neither does this article.
Two edge cases worth knowing. A queued free job that is still waiting when the 7 days end will not start; the generator asks you to pick your options again, and the job can be run with credits. And the free queue is excluded from the generation-time figures in How Long Does Seedance 2.5 Take?, which measured 724 credit-lane jobs at a median of 4 minutes 42 seconds; a free job in the queue can take longer than that by design.
Is the Premium window worth it?
Treat the window as a bonus on a plan you would buy for its credits, not as the reason to buy it. The numbers on the pricing page:
| Premium | Price | Videos from credits (about) | Price per credit video |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $149 | 260 Seedance 2.0/2.5 videos | about $0.57 |
| Yearly | $99 per month | 260 Seedance 2.0/2.5 videos per month | about $0.38 |
Every video the 7-day window makes free is one you did not take out of those 260. If you plan a shoot-heavy week, iterating on a product clip or a batch of short social videos at 5 to 10 seconds, the window is where that week should go: queue a free take, work on the next prompt while it waits, and spend credits only on the takes you need back fast.
If your work is mostly 15- to 30-second clips, reference-video tasks or other models, the window will rarely apply, and Pro at $29 with about 33 videos a month, or a one-time credit pack, is the cheaper comparison. The full per-model credit table and plan calculator are on the pricing page.
What "unlimited Seedance" means on other sites
Searches for Seedance unlimited also turn up offers from other platforms, and the word covers very different things. Checked on October 16, 2026 against each site's own pages or search listing:
| Platform | What the offer says | Verified detail |
|---|---|---|
| SeedVideo AI | 7-day Seedance unlimited on Premium | Seedance 2.5, 2.0, 2.0 Fast, 2.0 Mini; up to 10 s; 480p, 720p, enhanced 1080P; one running plus one waiting; credits skip the queue |
| Higgsfield | "Seedance Unlimited" add-on and plan windows | Its July 30 explainer describes a 30-day add-on for Enhanced Seedance 2.0 Fast at 480p and 720p on a shared standard queue with one concurrent job; an August 6 post describes 33-day windows covering Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 by plan tier; a referral program grants up to 7 days of unlimited Seedance 2.0 |
| Creaa.ai | "Seedance 2.5 unlimited for up to 365 days" in its pricing listing | Page terms not checked for this article |
| Ima Studio, Unify | "Unlimited Seedance 2.5" and "Unlimited Seedance 2.0" landing pages | Page terms not checked for this article |
The pattern across all of them: "unlimited" is time-boxed, tied to a paid tier, limited to certain models and resolutions, and run on a slower queue than credit generation. Before paying for any of them, read which model variant is covered, the maximum resolution and clip length, how many jobs can run at once, and what happens when the window closes.
FAQ
Does the Free plan include Seedance unlimited?
No. The Free plan gives 5 credits on sign-up, one time, for entry models at up to 720p. Unlimited video is a Premium benefit. If you are looking for free Seedance 2.0 access in general, Is Seedance 2.0 Free? covers the official routes and what "free" means on each.
Are Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 both included?
Yes. The window covers Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini, each at clip lengths up to 10 seconds. Other video models on the site use credits.
Can I use videos made in unlimited mode commercially?
Premium includes commercial use and watermark-free exports, and the window does not change that. Lite is the only paid plan without commercial use, and it has no unlimited window.
How long is the queue?
There is no fixed figure. After heavy use, free jobs wait for capacity; at busy hours the generator says the unlimited channel is crowded. The queued card shows an accelerate price if you want the job on the standard channel now.
What happens if a free generation fails?
Nothing is deducted, because unlimited-mode generations never deduct credits. Check the prompt against the refusal reasons if the job was rejected rather than failed, then submit again.
Can I run several free generations at once?
No. The unlimited channel allows one generating task and one waiting task per account. Extra jobs run on the standard channel with credits if you confirm them.
Try it
Open the Seedance 2.5 generator, pick a clip of 10 seconds or less at 480p, 720p or 1080P, and check the button: during an active window it reads "Generate (Free)". Plan details, the per-model credit table and the Unlimited Usage Rights are on the pricing page; the model itself is described on the Seedance 2.5 model page.
